Project Overview

The Upper Kabeli Hydro project (28.1 MW) is a significant renewable energy initiative located in the Sirijangha Rural Municipality of Taplejung district, eastern Nepal. This run-of-river (ROR) project is designed to utilize the perennial flow of the snow-fed Kabeli Khola to generate clean and reliable electricity.
